Lux Terra Hosts Christian, Islamic Leaders On Effective Use Of Religious Institutions In Fighting Corruption

June 24th to 27th, 2019, Lux Terra hosted another set of 30 Christian and Islamic leaders for the 7th session of its 3 day training programme on the Effective Use of Religious Institutions, Networks and Resources in fighting corruption and promoting integrity in Nigeria. Participants are from states of the North Central Zone of Nigeria.

A highlight of this programme as usual was the visit to the headquarters ICPC, where they were introduced to the activities and processes of the Anti-Corruption Commission.

The training session ended on Thursday evening, with participants being formally commissioned as “Accountability Ambassadors,” and making a public pledge never to engage in any corrupt practices, and to always fight corruption and promote integrity in their spheres of influence.
